Testimonials

We have used ATT for many years for our group travel needs and have been very satisfied with the service we receive.  They are always ready to take care of our guests no matter what size group we have. I will always go to ATT for any transportation needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable transportation company.

American Transfers and Tours have been outstanding partners to Children’s Health. Whether supporting daily shuttle operations or assisting with special events, their team consistently provides exceptional service, dependable transportation, and outstanding communication. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and operational excellence has made them a trusted extension of our team. We greatly value our partnership and appreciate their continued dedication to serving our patients, families, visitors, and staff.

I had the opportunity to work directly with American Transfers and Tours (ATT) during the FIFA World Cup 2026 in North Texas, where they provided transportation services supporting our tournament operations. ATT proved to be a reliable and professional transportation partner, consistently demonstrating the flexibility, communication, and responsiveness required in a complex, fast-moving international event environment. Their team worked closely with our operations personnel to coordinate movements, adjust to changing schedules and needs, and ensure passengers were transported safely and efficiently throughout the event.

What stood out most was ATT’s ability to operate as an extension of our event team rather than simply as a transportation provider. Their drivers and operational staff understood the importance of customer service, communication, attention to detail, and adaptability when supporting an event of this scale. Based on my experience working with American Transfers and Tours during the FIFA World Cup 2026, I would confidently recommend their services for production crews, major events, and other transportation needs throughout Texas.

When our office has transportation needs, American Transfers & Tours is our first and only call. We have been working with them since 1997. Bill, Terrell, and the entire staff are extremely professional and easy to work with. From confirming the transportation to on-site management, the staff makes it one less thing for our group to worry about during an event.

They have handled transportation needs in Dallas as well as around the country. Terrell and his team are professional, punctual, reliable, and made coordinating transportation seamless. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

ATT Transportation was an invaluable partner during one of our most complex and dynamic projects. While we entered the engagement with a comprehensive transportation strategy, conditions changed overnight and required a complete operational pivot. ATT responded immediately, demonstrating exceptional flexibility, urgency, and execution throughout the long eight-week engagement. Their professional drivers, coordinators, and leadership team consistently rose to every challenge, enabling the project to be executed successfully despite rapidly changing circumstances. We are grateful for their partnership and firmly believe the success of this operation would not have been possible without ATT Transportation.

We have used American Transfers & Tours for 20+ years and do so with confidence they will help us provide a high-level of customer service and efficiency we hope for each and every event! We appreciate all they have done for Texas Motor Speedway!
